The Woodside Community is a land-lease community with plenty of spacious lots to rent for your own manufactured home. We have 17 lots on this property. The community is surrounded by a serene atmosphere combined with nearby urban amenities such as shopping, dining, recreation, education, medical facilities, churches and cultural organizations.

• Currently the lot is $295 a month which includes water and trash.
  
• The community is an all-ages park, which means anyone over 18 can move in with approved background.
• Our pet policy: We have a (2) pet limit per home in our community. All pets must be under 25lbs.
•  Breed Restriction: We do not allow any dangerous breeds in our community.

The community was acquired in 2021 by Southern Estates. We currently only sell homes and rent lots in the community.
