The Lakeview Community is located right off SR 80. It is close to downtown Phenix City and Columbus, GA. The community observes Eastern Time, so if you work in Columbus, you will be on the same time zone. There is plenty of shopping and places to eat. The park has 47 spaces.

• Lot rent is $295 a month which includes trash and water.
  
• The community is an all-ages park, which means anyone over 18 can move in with approved background.
  
• Our pet policy: We have a (2) pet limit per home in our community. All pets must be under 25lbs. 
• Breed Restriction: We do not allow any dangerous breeds in our community.

The community was acquired in 2021 by Southern Estates. We currently only sell homes and rents lots in the community.
